Work at home internet marketing business better known as affiliate marketing.

There is some serious money to make if you treat this like a real business. Unless you have an actual

Product you want to sell you will be getting involved with an affiliate marketing business.

The different types of businesses you can chose from are as follows.

I call this type the “One Shot Deal”.

Basically you sign up to an affiliate vendor, the two most popular are Click bank and Commission Junction. Then you market your affiliate link using pay per click search engines like Google.

Warning: This is the scenario that most newbie’s fall into.

The mistake: If you do get a sale you lose the customer immediately. More often than not your competition will eat you alive.

The Solution: I never recommend marketing something that you haven’t bought yourself. With that being said create a review page and offer a valuable free report that will enable you to capture their name and email address. Then direct them to your affiliate offer. You now accomplished one of the most critical elements of Internet Marketing and that is building your list. By doing this you just accomplished one of the most important things you can do for your business.

You captured their information so you can recommend products to them later.

The other type of Work at home Internet affiliate business you can get into is what I like to call.

Make your money work for you business.

The other type of affiliate marketing business that you can do working from home is Internet Network Marketing. This type of affiliate business is hands down the best type of home business to get involved with.

Generally when you join this type of business you are joining a team of networkers. If you join the right team you will learn how to successfully market online. It still amazes me how many people looking to work at home using their computer don’t understand how to market online.

Warning: Joining the wrong team can mean absolute failure in this type of business. This has led many people to call these types of businesses scams. The funny thing is the same people still like trying to make the one shot deal work for them.

The solution: Find a mentor who is willing to teach you the correct ways to market. There is not a one size fits all marketing plan. Each person has specific skills and budgets they can work with. If you find the right mentor you can effectively learn how to make money working from home.

Working at home allows me to spend more time with my children for that I am grateful.

Ebay Bans Digital Downloadable products I say this is good news.

I am sure I am going to  gett people angry just reading the title. Probably the same people that have devalued ebooks.

Sure ebay provided a quick way for people to build their list and  sell their products. FOR 1 dollar.

Have you ever tried creating a product ? The time , money and resources that go into.

I sell lots of ebooks its very hard to make money online trying to sell digital right products when you can go to ebay and just buy the product for a 1 dollar.

Think for a moment would you rather make 20 dollars a sale or 1 dollar ? The people selling on ebay really did ruin the market for everyone else while they cashed in.

The same people may have to actually learn how to market now since they ran out of there breeding ground. Ebooks may actually be worth something again.

I believe a fair value of any ebook is around 10 dollars.

if there is a video involed 15 dollars

if there are rights given 25 dollars and up.

I can sell hundreds of ebooks I read most of them. I can say some of them aren’t worth 10 cents. But there are ebooks out there that I bought for 77 dollars and up that are worth every penny.

Movies often attempt to portray real life, but in the end the whole story is fantasy. Experts mention that in the recent past about a company that used a referral plan, and determined that word of mouth advertising was the most effective method in the production of an advertising network.

Clickbank The Good The Bad And the Ugly

I have endorsed Clickbank in the past. Clickbank is one of the most easily accessible affiliate networks to get involved with.

There are a few problems with clickbanks system that makes it hard for newbs to actually make any money. I want to give a word of caution for people who are just starting out.

On the plus side you can market thousands of products and get paid commissions without the need of having a your own website.

Thats the end of the plus side with click bank. You will lose an insane amount of money trying to reach clickbanks minimum requirements.

I forget the exact numbers but here is the low down. In order to qualify for commissions you need to make sales with the person using a visa card and a master card, sales that are made by paypal do not count toward your initial requirement.

I think you need a total of 5 direct credit card sales to qualify for your commissions. I could be off on the number of sales and type of sales but its something insane like that. And yes you need like 3 visa sales and 2 master card sales (how stupid is that ?)

I personally have made a few hundred dollars that I  have never received because they were purchased through paypal or another third party credit card processor  and not a major credit card company.

Once you get past this hurdle then you will have an easier time making money with clickbank.

I made some nice sales that I haven’t received checks for because I didn’t meet their criteria to get paid.

Clickbank has paid me but , they call it flushing its what they have to pay me at the end of the year for taxes. And you don’t get the full amount.

Just keep this in mind before you sign up for clickbank. Chances are you won’t see any money untill you spend a few hundred or thousands of dollars in advertising to meet that requirement.

Look around just about everyone buys and sells through paypal. Most products on clickbank can be bought through paypal

you would think it would count toward your requirement to get paid by clickbank but it doesn’t.

Commission Junction is a much better affiliate network if you ask me.

Oh and the only “guru” I have ever even heard mention this before was Ewen Chia in one of his back offices. The rest of the “Clickbank guru’s” conviently  leave that part out.

If you are tight on money don’t get involved with clickbank you will never make your money back fast enough to cover your start up cost and it could put you in some serious debt. Guess what ? the person you just made the sale for will still get paid , how do you like thoughs apples !

I don’t either, I have decided to no longer sell clickbank products. Its an unfair system that is set up to just take your effort and money. Sure clickbank will pay you.  AFTER you show them you are going to sell for them. Good for clickbank most people have things like bills and mouths to feed.

I knew about this last year, but ignored it figuring I would just get the required sales. I think one month I did 187 dollars in sales by accident. I checked my account and wondered why I wasn’t getting a check. After Researching to get clickbanks phone number which by the way is a pain in the royal asye to find. I was told I didn’t meet the requirements to get paid. I made some sales after that too. Always the same way usually through paypal.

So lets see clickbank gets paid.

the person who owns the product gets paid.

me, the person who got the sale doesn’t get paid ? This is why I don’t heavily market clickbank products and all the clickbank gurus can kiss my buttocks.

The people getting rich off of click bank are the ones who are selling products through clickbanks affiliate program and clickbank. They are using your time , money and effort to get there sales but aren’t willing to pay you for your efforts.

Most people get discouraged by this. But who cares right 10,000 affiliates all making 3 sales a month is still alot of money for the clickbank.

Its dirty business if you ask me.
