I saw this freaky pop lock video, after watching this video, I thought it was unique enough to get some air-time on my blog. This came on “So You Think You Can Dance” tv show I think the guy popping is Robert Muraine.

Blogging is a great way to establish a relationship with your subscribers. I blog on a regular basis, you should use your blog as a way to entertain and connect with your reader. Adding video from YouTube or other video sharing websites is a great way to add flavor and spice to your blog.

If you haven’t started blogging yet and you are marketing online you are missing a valuable free source of traffic.

I use wordpress for my own blogs (self-hosted) and I have one blog hosted by blogger(free).

Get Your Blog Noticed Fast

Here are some helpful tips to get your blog noticed fast.

When you first build your blog make a commitment to post 3 times a week at the bare minimum.

It does help to get something like Atomic Blogging or Super adsense themes.

But its not really needed to just get the search engines to notice you.

Next article you write for your blog , re-write that article atleast 5 more times.

  • Create a Squidoo lens. (Link back to your blog)
  • Create a Hub Page. (Link back to your blog)
  • Submit 3 articles to 3 different directories.(make sure to add a resource box)
  • Add adleast 5 new rss feeds a week
  • If you are selling something place an ad in craigslist (search engines find links there fast)

Get involved with all the different social networking sites.

Adding a subscriber box on your blog is a great way to get subscribers to your list(offer a valuable gift)

I also use traffic exchanges, but mostly just to check out other blogs.

Hosting your own blog gives you more freedom both in seo and site design.

I go after long tail keywords in my titles. You will more easily get a phrase then a word or two.

If you are reading my blog there is a good chance you are trying to make money online.

I use this blog to connect with my subscribers and customers. The blog in of it self is the missing link in your business. People do business with people, not computers. Bottom line if you are doing any form of business online you needs a web presence. Everyone can have access to a blog they are free to use. Blogs are a million times easier to build then websites. Blogs are very easy to create with many websites offering free services, so there is no excuse for not creating a blog related to and linking to your main website or affiliate program.


Here are some things you should know before you get started.

Getting traffic to your blog is a critical link in making an income from blogging.

Dedicate at least 15mins a day to posting on your blog.

You should work on getting inbound links to your web log (blog)

Make sure to stay focused on the theme of your blog.

Give before you get should be whets on your mind when you are blogging.

Appeal to your readers emotions.

Blogs are relaxed, less official and more impulsive and can be entertaining.

Links are important because they tell Google and other search engines your website exist.

Traffic coming from the social bookmaking sites is nothing short of extraordinary.

Having in-bound links that contain the keywords you want to rank for is a very powerful way to get ranked well.
