Many times you may get your prospect through the door, but you do not end up closing them.

It is just as important to provide team training and support as it is to getting new downline members.
Matter of fact I would say it is more important to have a system in place to help your team members learn what they need to do next to make money online.
Unfortunately there are to many people who join these businesses only to end up abandoned without upline support. Always make sure you are working with a team that provides support for you and the people you bring into your business.
Network marketing is all about leveraging!

If you are not getting the support you need from your upline, look for a new team.
